Our Methodology

We believe that as every NGOs needs are different, so too are our solutions.

We conduct open programme workshops in specific themes relating to Project Finance & Administration, Finance for Non-Financial Managers, Budgeting, Microcredit, and Risk Management. These are available to individual participants from all NGOs, and are conducted in field locations. Classes are kept small to foster authentic participation and learning.

We also conduct in-house programs tailored to your requirements. We are highly flexible. While maintaining our core programmes, we are able to adapt the content and focus to suit your specific requirements.

We believe that all capacity building programmes, to be effective, must be preceded by a training needs analysis. We don’t just do training, but strive to motivate and empower participants to understand and participate in the planning and decision making processes within their respective organisations. Our methods are experientially based and highly engaging.

We strive to develop capacity building programmes which foster a greater level of ownership, commitment, motivation, productivity and success in your team. We address your organisational culture and stage of development, leadership styles and current performance of your team to build and incorporate flexibility with relevance into our effective training programmes to realize your organisation’s strategy.

The cost of our in-house programmes is influenced by the degree of customization required, and the case studies. We acknowledge that your source of funds is from donors. We intentionally keep our overheads low, and pass on the savings to you. As a result, the training fee per participant can be as low as US$60 per day.
