Building Financial Literacy for Non-Financial Management
A 4-Day Workshop geared to build the financial literacy and planning ability of non-financial managers thereby improving their performance and increasing your organisation’s donor attractiveness.
Benefits to Your Organisation
In the absence of clear project performance indicators which are often difficult to determine, the project manager’s personal performance is often evaluated by measurable financial indicators, i.e. budget performance, record keeping, and the accuracy of financial reporting. This workshop is geared to developing managerial competence by removing the fear out of finance. The focus is on application with understanding, and not on number crunching. It will also demonstrate the benefits of the Balanced Scorecard applied to finance and planning.
