The Dynamics of Project Risk Management for NGO’s
A 2-Day Workshop geared to empower project management with the risk management skills necessary for effective operational management and strategic planning in order to deliver successful projects which meet stakeholder needs.
Benefits to Your Organisation
Development NGOs are operating in more challenging environments than ever before. In order to achieve strategic plans and desired goals, the impact on project outcomes resulting from conflict, food shortages, power outages, pandemics, natural disasters, inflation, skill deficits, and misconduct etc must now be factored into the organisational equation.
